I'm sure you meant "show application changemonitor". That will show the dialplan application ChangeMonitor but not the Manager API ChangeMonitor command. The "show manager command ChangeMonitor" gives the very unhelpful help that was mentioned in the original post. I had to grep the source in order to find the proper parameters. In fact none of the "show manager command ..." CLI commands give any of the required parameters.
