I have started playing around with using the TxtCIDName lookup tool to replace the CID name field on inbound calls. The DNS side of things seems to be working perfectly. When I trace the lookup that Asterisk performs, the name it gets back is perfect. But, when I use SetCIDName(${TXTCIDNAME}), the name is all mangled.

Specifically, the name that comes back from DNS is "jeff-cell". When I see the name on my phone, it reads as "je". When I watch the varible set on the console it is " je" or so, with varying amounts of space before depending on exactly how the name in the TXT record is formatted. Not quite sure what to think.

Any thoughts?
