Hi Claus, Sharing the E100P IRQ with USB and LAN is not a good idea (understatement!). You can probably disable your USB without detriment to the operation of your system but disabling the LAN will (most likely) not be an option; for hardware interrupt related advice take a look at this previous posting from Randy Resnick:
