I have searched through the Makefile and the configure files and could
not find any instance of P_PTHREADS.
Should I put it there? in that case where?

Look in the "Makefile" of the oh323 driver source.
Search down through the file for "#P_PTHREADS=1" and remove the #.
Then recompile. See if that helps your situation any.
