That's why you use the existing telco wiring and use an Adit600 w/FXS ports and a T100P or two (or a TE405P). Seriously though you have all the options, you (or your customer) needs to decide what to do. if the existing wiring is in place my answer would be simple: channel bank. Either way a decision needs to be made.
