Actually you can do this even with Zap interfaces (standard phones) -- it'll take some extensions logic and some DB work but it should be fairly straightforward to create a followme-type of system where you sign in to the nearest phone to you... off-the-cuff feature list would include - periodic callbacks to ensure you are still there... i.e. every hour the system calls the extension you are logged in to and plays "press 1 if you're still here" -- ultimate would be to combine multiple users into one call... "user andrew -- press 1 if you're still here. User Mary... press 2... etc." - integrate with the BTP (Bluetooth Presence) idea from months ago to make it more automatic. Hmm this is a really neat idea; something that would really go over well where I work. :-) I wonder if it would be more worthwhile having an agent queue for each user instead and simply use the existing logic? -A. _______________________________________________ Asterisk-Users mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-users To UNSUBSCRIBE or update options visit: http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-users
