Hi there,
the X-Pro SIP phone has up to six lines. Is there a way to have 4 of them ring at the same time if there are 4 people in a Queue?
The idea is that we don't want an auto-voice system so our agents do need to see if there are multiple people in the queue and be able to handle more than one caller at the same time.
Any ideas?
