I have 'Call Waiting' turned on, I can still only receive two incoming calls, total. I have both lines configured *exactly* the same in SIP(mac).cnf, do I need to change something between them to have the phone support two incoming calls per line?

Just to follow-up on this topic, after configuring the lines with two slightly different extensions (I simply tacked an 'a' and a 'b' at the end), and setting up some dialplan magic to map these 'a/b' extensions to regular extension numbers, my phones now support 4 *incoming* calls.
