Sorry - that does not work. And SHOW AUDIO CODECS shows me the codecs but not the file formats (.wav etc) supported.
Upgrade your Asterisk. "show file formats" works for Asterisk CVS-HEAD-07/18/04-11:25:14
I am running Asterisk CVS-09/12/04-16:39:35. I am quite new to CVS. Is CVS_HEAD something different?
