Are you doing anything weird in Extensions.conf? Also check the volume of the incoming audio by typing: /usr/src/zaptel/ztmonitor x -v (where x is the incoming channel i.e 1 or 2 or 3 etc) The bar should go pretty close to the right hand side of the line, but shouldn't sit at the top. How's it look for you?
