10 T1s are not enough to need more than 1 fast ethernet interface. 10 * 24 * ~80k(ulaw) = ~19.2m. You wouldn't have broken a sweat on a 100m ethernet connection. BTW, load balancing is a OS/kernel configuration more than it is a application.
