Hey guys, Im trying to get more flexiability out of the queue application. Im looking to playback voice prompts to the caller in queue telling him/her to press 1 to leave a message or continue holding or maybe something similar like press 1 to enter the extension of person ....
Does anyone have documentation on what the announceoverride option does or how its used.
