I don't know anything about this service from optus, but I thought that Optus was providing 4 x analog lines along with their SHDSL service, which means you might use the TDM40B (quad FXO). Though you are saying you had 100 lines with Telstra (4 x PRI E1 with last E1 only 10 channels?) so perhaps the 'multiline' is in fact a PRI service, in which case you probably need the TE410p to connect to the rj45's on the back of your 'Adtran' box.. Finally, if you do work it out, I would love to hear about the service, the prices, etc...
