When I start asterisk -vvvvc I get:

These two errors keep repeating.
I have tried every config I can find on the web, on the wiki, and in
these Asterisk-user emails for the last 2 months. At one point I had
a 404 error, but I can't get that to even show up anymore.
Any help would be appreciated!
