if I'm on the phone to somewhere through this "SMART IAD" SIP/FXS gateway, and I somehow lose contact with the SIP server (for instance the SMART IAD reboots), then the channel will hang until the other part hangs up.
is it possible to force a hangup on a channel in which the caller is no longer available? this would be the desired functionalityl.
