Asterisk doesn't support MSN9 the protocol Windows Messenger (and MSN Messenger) uses to communicate with a messenger server such as MSN or Windows 2003 running the Live Conferencing server.
It should be possible to write an MSN9 server independently of Asterisk since the information needed by such a server is available via the Manager API.
