My codec is G711a,when it mismatch,I can't connect the other phone,so i think it is correct now.
by the way, i can't hear the voicemail too.
To nail this down, you might want to start by just using one codec throughout the system -- e.g. just use a-law, then test everything -- SIP phone to SIP phone, SIP phone to voicemail etc. That way you know since everything's talking to each other using one codec, there's probably something else wrong in some other config file.
