Did you understand the question, then? What does it mean to run * over a tunnel? The OP might have meant to ask if IAX could be run over a tunnel, or he might have meant to ask if Asterisk has any mechanism built-in to automatically establish a tunnel and send channel data through it or he might have meant something different altogether.
