Any chance you could include support for placing a call on hold?

Did you release the source for DIAX? I'm trying to build a drop-on component for MS .NET (2005) and I've been looking for a good starting place. I spent some time with IAXClient and a few other from wiki, but most are Linux specific..then there's X10, but it's commercial.
