Hi List,

I'm using asterisk (1.0-RC2) as a callcenter, with IVR, for cisco
callmanager (via H323).
When the caller calls the callcenter, he will be prompted to press 1
or 2. For  QUEUE1 and QUEU2.
While waiting i've musiconhold playing . All the agents are dynamic.

I'm using the roundrobin algorithm.

Recently, i'm having some problems. Sometimes, when an anget pickups
the call, he starts talking with the caller, and everything is OK ...
but, and i dont know why, the caller goes back to MusicOnHold: the
caller keeps waiting (moh) while the call is picked up by other queue
agent.

Strange ...
