Has anyone figured out a way to dial by last name? I.e. Caller hits 9 for company directory… “Spell the person’s Last Name. When done, press
the pound button” Caller enters 8…4….6…# “Tim Thompson extension 300” “If this is
correct, press the pound key” “David Thompson extension 405” If this is
correct, press the pound key”. Etc. |
