The folks
at Coalescent recently open-sourceed their system. The open source version of
their software is known as the Asterisk Management Portal (http://amp.voxbox.ca). You can also find it on
SourceForge (http://sourceforge.net/projects/amportal).
For the
money (free), it is the best of the Asterisk GUIs thus far. It does take some
work to configure, though.
There are
also companies that build their own "proprietary" PBXs on top of Asterisk. You'd
have to get feedback from people who've purchased their products if you want to
know what they're like.
