Thats funny. I have two c64s a tape drive and a huge disk drive in my basement, not to mention a huge box of floppies with games and proggies.

Funnier thing is I was recently at the Smithsonian in DC and on display was a c64!

Sorry just a quick point...

There is still quite a large C64 community and someone has managed to
make a new one.  This uses FPGAs and allows the main chip to
be set up
from compact flash.

The project has recent work right up to a few days ago.
