At the risk of throwing oil on the fire, I would submit that Benjamin was *kidding* at the beginning of that mail, and trolling at the end.
I agree with him about the "quit anytime I want," but I digress. . .
It does appear his flamebait was eagerly pounced upon. Why would the Window$ user$ mind the nose-tweaking? They've got 90%+ of the market.
