All this is in extensions.conf
With ISDN4Linux, I defined the variable...
TRUNK=Modem/g1
Its used in an outgoing call as....
exten => _0.,1,Dial(${TRUNK}:${EXTEN:${TRUNKMSD}}||tr)
Note the ':' instead of a '/'
This seems to be used for the i4l driver where as the same line using
Digium equipment looks like...
exten => _0.,2,Dial(${TRUNK}/${EXTEN:${TRUNKMSD}}||tr)
Changes...
-- Executing Dial("Modem[i4l]/ttyI0", "Modem/g1/918708798") in new stack
to...
-- Executing Dial("Modem[i4l]/ttyI0", "Modem/g1:918708798") in new stack
