My incoming auto attendant plays a prompt, waits for 5 seconds, and the plays the prompt again giving the user a chance to respond.
The exten => s,2,Wait,5 prevents users from being able to make a selection during the wait interval. DTMF is only processed during the background prompt playback interval. Is this by design? Is there another way to do the same thing?
