You can change the dial plan in the .cfg file if you have that on a tftp server.

There it says to contact Sayson support so they can assign you an account on the support site where the firmware is. New firmware is at version 1.0.0.41 There is still a very big problem with this phone, the dial plan will only allow you to dial 10 digits. For local numbers this is not a problem, but you cannot dial long distance.
