If I set the User Term on the Adtran to only send 7 digits, the PRI debug
says:

< Called Number (len= 7) [ Ext: 1  TON: Subscriber Number (4)  NPI:
ISDN/Telephony Numbering Plan (E.164/E.163) (1) '0545' ]

So, looks like the DID is being recognized, but still the same problem with
hangup when the call is being bridged.
