You can try a Background command in your dialplan before the Dial statement:
exten => _0ZXXXXXXXX,1,Answer() exten => _0ZXXXXXXXX,2,Background(yourAnnouceFile) exten => _0ZXXXXXXXX,3,Dial(...,30,r) S.
