Anyways, Not That I Would Encourage Anyone To Do This, but NFR's of Netgear products are available at half off list ($875 for the switch in question) to Powershift partners. That's gotta be one of the better prices for that switch at this time.
Dell has some 48 port supposedly PoE switches for about $600. I've not done QoS on them, but they claim to support it.
