Anyone seen such an issue? Maybe a bad phone? Anything else I should be looking at before returning the phone to the reseller for replacement?
Hi Rich,
I had the same thing happen to me, and all I did was 'touch *' in my ip500 ftp directory, and then it 'reformatted' the phone and then the issue never arose again. Dunno if that's what you need to do, but it helped me :)
Hope you get it working, Matt
