zlib was required, not glib
Please take a look at line 54 of pbx_dundi.c This calls out an include of zlib.h The compile was failing on this file. Installing the zlib package fixed the problem. It appears (I am NOT a programmer) functions from the library are used on line 1371 and 1397.
Yes, this is correct. zlib is required, but you previously mentioned glib (twice even <G>).
My systems always have zlib installed, so I never noticed the dependency in pbx_dundi.
