Hi Jasko: Kphone and Linphone can do v6. We've experienced problems with voice quality using these in the wide area. Not sure this is something to do with playout buffering or other packet handling problem (?).
We have also developed a prototype UA based on RAT and the Vovida sipset. It was demonstrated last week at IST 2004 in Den Haag.
