Huh, what problems did you have? I am managing 9 Broadvoice "lines" on two * boxes; no problems at all. They email supports is non-existent (or very slow), but I have been very satisfied with their phone support -- yes, they do not officially support * but are willing to help if they can, and in most cases they area actually knowledgeable enough to do so.
