What can it be when I can establish a connection between two Softphones but no voice is transfered ?

It could be a codec problem, or many other things - can you provide more detail? What softphone is it? What codec(s) are you trying to use? If it's a SIP softphone, what's your sip.conf, extensions.conf, etc?
