Not by default, but there are a number of useable VoIP providers who will gladly rent you a number and some minutes to use. Even though www.voip-info.org is currently not available, bookmark it for later reference. You will find it usefull. In the meantime, try looking up Nuphone or VoicePulse and see what they can do for you.
