I forgot to mention that the switch is a Lucent 5ESS... Is NI-2 available on the 5ESS?
That's an open-ended question :-) Yes, Lucent makes NI-2 available for the 5ESS. Whether your telco has purchased and installed it on that specific switch, and is willing to provision it for you from that switch, is another matter entirely! <G>
