What version of Asterisk should I be applying this patch to? The patch command doesn't seem to be working. I think because the dates on the files in Asterisk 1.0.2 don't match the dates in the diff file. Any ideas? The patch seems to work partially. When I run patch -p4 < app_dial_rev5.diff from the asterisk-1.0.2 directory, this is what I get.
