I don't think the problem is in the number of digits because, as I said, I'm not making a real call... I'm not redirecting to the real number 482343400 (my Asterisk is not connected to another network)... I just want to allocate one channel to test my TE110P!!!

Are you missing a number? Looks like it to me, well if you are in the
US.

Brazil, a DN has 8 digits. This way for quite some time.
This would be a local dialed call, for a regular phone.
