In zapata.conf, put the card in a context that will appear in extension.conf:
;start channel 1
immediate=no
signalling=fxs_ks
context=Zap1
rxgain=0.0
txgain=1.5
channel => 1
Then, in extensions.conf: [Zap1] exten => s,1,Dial(SIP/whatever)
