The 7914 is not supported by Cisco's SIP code. If you look at the data sheet under "System Requirements" is says that you need Cisco CallManager, which implies SCCP/skinny: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/phones/ps379/products_data_sheet09186a008008883d.html Jeff
