Personally, I would recommend that you stay away from any software based phone. It is my experience that whenever a computer gets under any kind of load, it tends to degrade the voice quality significantly. If your users are not going to be using their computers while they are on the phone, then that would work just fine. If they do need to use their computers while on the phone, you will run the risk of seriously degrading the voice quality.
