When a new member is rejected from the queue (because there's a limit, or there's no agents logged into the queue), is it possible to either set an announcement, or to elevate the caller to a new priority (i.e. n+100) or something?
I have been wanting this as well for some time; please put a feature request into Mantis and I'll get to it once my current round of updates to app_queue are completed.
However, instead of jumping to a different priority, I think it would be better to just have the Queue() app set a QUEUE_STATUS variable with the result of the operation: TIMEOUT, JOINFAILED, etc. Your dialplan can then use Goto() to jump wherever it wants to go from there.
