"What OS Release of Phone System were you using to do the setup?

G3si R6?

If I remember off top of my head. I'm out of the
office until after the new year.

I'm also not using a CSU/DSU, not needed, but shouldn't
matter anyway.

Which ISDN options are enabled under customer options?

Do you have or have had a ISDN circuit running on this PBX previously?

If not, you may have never paid to have that option
enabled? I can't remember the screen name, customer options
or features. It clearly lists all enabled features including
wether ISDN is enabled, I seem to remember this was a yes or no
question.

Problems:
Change communications-interface links is controlled by adding the data-module. I'm unable to specify ISDN as the protocol.
Under change communications-interface processor-channels I can not select ISDN as the Appl."

I'm no way near an expert on this proprietary toaster, but the best place to reach some very sharp people that work on these systems all the time is at www.tek-tips.com on the "Avaya (Lucent): DEFINITY systems Forum"

http://www.tek-tips.com/threadminder.cfm?pid=690

More than happy to try and share my set up, but
I'll be out of reach to my system and notes till
first of the year.
