The problem that many of us have with the above statement is trying to figure out exactly what "instance" happens to mean. Past postings have suggested that an instance may be required when listening to vm (under some circumstances), while gsm files are played to certain calls, while a real call is in progress, etc, etc. Since the term is very ambiguous for most users, purchasing one or two licenses is likely to create unresolvable problems. We purchased ten licenses even though our best guess was that we'd only need a couple.
