Please, if you're going to give advice on the list at least make an attempt to ensure it's accurate. Cesar - make sure you have /dev/zap and all the files that go with it (i.e. make sure you ran "make install" in the zaptel directory. Also if you'd tell us what version of Asterisk you're running it would help a lot.
