I played with the code for a while and got it to work, however the values
recorded don't make sense. (Three pstn lines attached to the TDM from the
same CO, and the test results are dramatically different for each.)
I'd suspect the checkin of the code was very preliminary and is no where
near ready for prime time. Sent an email to the author this weekend, but
haven't heard anything back as yet.
