I'm replying to the list, that what it's for. First of all, I think the big problem wasn't configuring asterisk but getting the username and password. To do this you'll need to set up their Windows SIP client and sniff the first connection to see how that's done. At some point you'll see a HTTP connection that requests your info via a PHP script.
