Try commenting out the line
pritrustusercid = yes
Or set it to 'no'.
That worked for me.

I think you didn't set usecallerid=yes in your zapata.conf?
Another way is to set the callerid in your extensions.conf via exten =>
807440,2,SetCIDNum(0${CALLERIDNUM}). So you also have a 0 in front of the
displayed number - nice for callback.
