Keith, VP Connect is having issues right now with callerid being transmitted... as much as they don't want to believe it. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Maybe this is part of the problem. Does PM not work 100% of the time for you?

Well, it is also happens with Zaptel. I've had times where CallerID does not pickup and prompts the user to enter their phone number. They will hang up and call right back and it works. This only happens about 15% of the time though.
